CHAGA 

(Inonotus obliquus)

Chaga , a medicinal birch tree fungus scientifically known as Inonotus obliquus, has gained recognition for its potential health benefits. Recognized for its distinctive appearance, Chaga presents as a black, charcoal-like mass protruding from the bark of the host tree.

BURDOCK ROOT

(Genus Arctium)

Genus Arctium, commonly referred to as the Burdock root, is a genus of biennial plants in the Asteraceae (daisy) family that’s native to Northern Asia and Europe. Ancient Chinese, Romans and Greeks traditionally used the Burdock root for detoxing, cleansing, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. In Japan, it’s often called gobo root and is cultivated as a vegetable. It has been used in Chinese Medicine for thousands of years and is typically associated with the lung and stomach meridians and is commonly used for supporting skin health. (Glycyrrhiza Glabra)

The Licorice root has been used in Tibetan, Chinese and Mongolian traditional medicine since ancient times and its use has prevailed in  conventional medicine.Licorice roots contains glycyrrhizic acid and chemical compounds (triterpenoid saponins and flavonoids). (Urtica Dioica)

The plant has been used in natural remedies for centuries. There are texts from both ancient Rome and ancient Egypt where they describe stinging nettle plants. There are several proclaimed benefits associated with it. The stinging nettle leaf contains nutrients, and includes a variety of vitamins: A, C, K, B and minerals: calcium, potassium, magnesium, iron. ROSE HIP 

(Fructus Rosae/Rosa Canina)
